Our Return and Replacement Policy:

We are proud of the quality of our products, each crafted with care to bring you joy. But if you need to replace a product for any reason, we're here to help. Here’s how our policy works:

Reasons for Replacement

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is damaged (physically or packaging is tampered)

  • Part of your order is missing

  • The product is defective

  • Wrong size was delivered

How to Request a Replacement/Return of Product?

If any of these issues apply, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Reach out on WhatsApp at +91 99256 10068 Or Go to my orders by login into your account, in your orders section you will be able to view your all orders and request for return/exchange.

Step 2: Share your order number, invoice, photos, unboxing video of product and a description of the issue.

Step 3: We will call you for confirmation of return/exchange and you will be asked a few questions and reasons for return/exchange.

Step 4: If your request meets the eligibility criteria, your return/exchange request will be processed within the next 10-15 business days.

When We Cannot Accept Returns?

Please note, we cannot accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered in any way.

Our Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

  • When to Cancel: You can get a refund if you cancel your order before it is dispatched if you order via prepaid method.

  • Refund Process: Once we accept your cancellation request, you will receive your money back within 10-15 business days.

  • Confirmation: You will get a confirmation email or SMS or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated. Please check your bank statement for refund details.
